Anyone who is at least 18 years old and resides in or is physically located in one of the states where we operate is eligible to use WellCare. Additionally, individuals must have a demonstrated medical need for treatment. Our weight loss program is ideal for those with a BMI above the healthy range, weight-related health issues, or who have tried other weight loss methods without desired results.
How do I qualify for medication?
1) Fill your intake form or schedule a consultation with our medical director.
2) Select your treatment plan and get approved.

In which states is WellCare available?
Currently, We are available in Arizona, Florida and currently working towards operating nationwide so please check with us if your state is currently being serviced.
What is the cost of WellCare?
Our programs are designed to be affordable, with patients saving hundreds of dollars each month. The cost of medication, if approved, is included in the total program cost which is billed once every 3 months unless otherwise specified. For different dosages than the ones displayed, or any questions related to treatment length, contact us before ordering. We are available by phone, text or email.
Does WellCare accept insurance?
